Shocking Service

Altech Autopage - Branch - Shop 5a, Game Centre, Fleurdal<br> <br> My Daughter purchased a phone on contract 22/11/2014, the phone suddenly died 17/12/2014. We could only take it for repairs 03/01/2015. Phone has still not been repaired (and suddenly there are claims of water damage - which is impossible). We havent received any feedback from anyone regarding this. I emailed the owner Wynand Potgieter on 14/01 - received a reply. Emailed againon 28/01 - No reply. I expect this matter to be resolved before 20/02, or Altech Autopage should cancel the contract - or supply a new phone.<br> This is shockingly bad service.
