SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I have logged two concerns with Autopage with reference numbers 668700 and 689871. Every time I enquire about the above references, I get told they will call head office and call me back and I never get called back. My Queries are still not resolved and everyday, I have to take my time and money to call back and enquire as to how far the process is. <br> I was forced by Autopage and Vodacom to change my contract due to billing and pricing changes, which I then did and now my Airtime, sms's and data have still not been loaded and my data contact is twice, almost three times the amount it usually is. <br> Every month they are quick to take the debit order, but pathetic when it comes to keeping promises.and customer service. I have kept my part of the contract by paying every month, but they are in breach of contract as I have not received the goods( Airtime, data and sms's) paid for.
