Shocking Autopage service

Renewed cell contract: Autopage told me I could not get my cellphone for my son (I have bigger contract) as Iphones are \branded"to the service provider and they couldn't guarantee the warranty if I have MTN and my son is Vodacom. They never rep**** when we asked them to confirm with head office. Then asked if I could get a smaller old model IPhone"
