SHOCKING ABSURD LUDICROUS SERVICE

Only one amount of R399 went back returned not sufficient funds in the 4 years I have been with Autopage. Well all hell broke loose. As soon as they saw money in my account they swiped R399 and the next months off so R900 came off my account. They suspended me as well after taking my money. It never got returned and they suspended me. I kept on sending letters to them and every time I got a No reply response with a reference number saying someone will get back to me. I think I sent about 7 letters to them last week. Then I though I would just say Hello how are you, and walla, I got another no reply letter apologizing for any inconvenience that I am having... Hahahahahaha. WHAT A JOKE. Eventually last Friday I spoke to a very nice lady called Neri and she said what happened to me was terrible and she understands. So she told me to return the full amount and just pay in the R399. Which of course I did not. I just left as is. <br> <br> NOW guess what, I have just gotten a sms saying R902 is due immediately otherwise suspended. Hahahahaha...And they will charge me for re-connection. So this means their records have not been updated since last Monday when R902 was swiped from my account.<br>
