SHARKS AND MONEY *****ERS

Am really not happy with Altech autopage, this is a re-occurring problem with them, you take out a contract you asked to be capped, in over 3 years I have not had one problem with them but since this year I'm just getting billed for amounts of over R1000.00 this month they take R2 400.00 off my account, so I phone the call centre again (idiots) to which they tell me I can't be capped, it cant be done, BS!!! so I ask for my itemized billing. First he tells me he needs to speak to MR Dionne I said there is no MR there only MRS he said I need MR - what don't you understand idiot there is no MR I am MRS , anyhow then proceeds to tell me I will be charged R22.50 PER PAGE, PER PAGE to get my own bill to verify that you people aren't ripping me off!! WHAT A JOKE!! Don't worry I am going to ICASA , the CPA and MTN and am going to reclaim my money back you people have ****** from me and then cancel my debit order so you can't just take money off when you feel fit to do so!! I have never in my life..people don't use Autopage they are *******!!
