Services Suspended with no good reason

I have a very major problem with Altech Autopage...They were supposed to have double debited me at the end of last month. And they never did...They just did a single debit with a reconnection fee attached to it. Now they have suspended my services...now I can't even call them to find out what the issue is on their side as to their failure to conduct the double debit. I am certainly not happy about the fact that they are saying that number will only be opened after the 30/06/2015. Come someone just open up my line so that I can talk to the people at customer service cos this is really irritating.
