SERVICE SUSPENDED WITHOUT ANY REASON!!!!

I cannot understand why a service is suspended when your account is paid up to date!!!! I have been without a cellphone service since Sunday evening and by Monday morning 11h00, the problem has STILL NOT BEEN SORTED. One person tells you that it will take 30 minutes, the next, an hour and last, but not least, 2 - 24 hours!!! I can understand that if the account was in arrears, but according to the Call Centre as well as the technical department, the account is fine!!! I am sick and tired of struggling with Altech Autopage and who gives them the right to suspend a service for NO REASON??? I WILL cancel the contract and go to another service provider who actually cares about their customers!!!! I cannot make ANY outgoing calls and even incoming calls are blocked, so I am more or less without any contact! PATHETIC!!
