SERVICE SUSPENDED DESPITE PAYMENT

I am a long standing and loyal client of Autopage for the past 15 years. Received a text from Autopage threatening to suspend my services for a 1 month overdue bill, if I don't pay the bill immediately.<br> <br> After receiving text, it took me spending 40-45 minutes on the phone to firstly get a hold of the credit controller.<br> <br> One Jimmy answers and I indicae to him that I will make payment immediately and will send him a proof of payment, which I duly had done.<br> <br> Barely 2 hours later after making payment the line was suspended without due consideration given to my courteous call earlier together with payment.<br> <br> I am disgusted at the poor service Autpage give to my loyal custom of 15 years.<br> <br> Absolutely disgusted and will now be taking my business to another Service Provider
