Service Is Appalling

Altech Autopage Westood has got to be the most disgusting service provider, I came across. For the past two months I'm being charged more than what I should be paying & when I call to find out what is going on, the agents/staff are so unprofessional & clueless about the procedures that they either say they will call back (which they never do) or they drop the phone on me. This is not my first problem or complaint that I had from them, when my number was swapped with another person's number all I got was a lousy sorry after spending a weekend with no number. Now i have this **** to deal with & when you ask for a manager they give you the very same idiot you spoke to who couldn't help out in the first place. I've called the Head Office personally to try and get better answers from them since the agents at Westwood pass the buck onto them but guess what, even at head office two agents, Girly & Kyle cut the call & mind you I'm being charged to make all of these calls. I would like to cancel my contract due to these ongoing issues that aren't being rectified by anyone in management. Heck I won't be suprised if someone reads this and deletes it without doing anything about it.
