Service is absolutely pathetic!!!!!

Decided to upgrade my contract after initially wanting to cancel due to poor service. What a mistake. Did the upgrade process last week and received a phone call from a consultant on Thursday advising that they will deliver on Monday. I requested that they try to deliver on Friday and he advised that they will try and advise on Friday morning. Received the call as promised on Friday morning advising that Friday won't be possible but they will definitely deliver on Monday, according to the agent the courier has already collected the phone as well. It's now Tuesday and still no phone and according the another agent spoken to on Monday as well as Tuesday the phone is STILL in the warehouse, hasn't even been collected. You are a bunch of ***** and your service is pathetic. I regret upgrading with you again!!!
