SERVICE DISGUSTING

As process and procedures where not followed and after 4 years I still have not received a response on my initial query and the fact that people there cant do their jobs but I would like to know this how is it in the 18 March 2014 I received an email telling me my account handed over to DMC(DEBT MANAGEMENT) and then I start getting emails concerning my outstanding amount from a gmail account I was not aware that Autopage dealt with companies using a gmail account and no company logo on the email or the company registration number but the email was demanding I make immediate payment or else there will be summons,Judgement and garnishee on my salary.<br> <br> Please advise me which companies you use that have a public gmail account and not an email coming from a company with a company email.<br> <br> I still await a call from management as promised and I wont be surprised this account is given back to the very person that messed it up totally.
