Service cancelled before end of contract

My contract with you should only end in June 2015, but currently service has been cut off.<br> Apparently a customer service person tried to call - probably to try get me to upgrade with you, which will never happen. <br> I live in Berlin, but am still paying my contract in SA until it is complete. My sister uses it from time to time.<br> <br> I have proof of purchase which shows June as the date the phone was purchased with you 2 years ago.. which means June this year is the end of the contract.<br> <br> Why has my service been cancelled before the end of contract period????<br>
