i got a brand new phone from Altech Autopage on the 14th of July in 4 days the phone doesn't respond <br> and wont turn on. The next morning on the 16th I phoned them and report it.<br> <br> They told me to bring in the phone as soon as possible (but they did not told within 7 days) so I took it back to them on the 24th of July for i live a 100 kilos from George in the Oudtshoorn area.<br> <br> They just send the phone in for repairs and refuse to give me a new one.<br> <br> Can you please assist me in this matter.<br> <br> THANK YOU
