Sent claim in April 2015 - till to date no respons

I lost my phone at the beginning of April 2015, I went to open a case at the police station and I completed the claim form. I emailed all the required information on the 14 April 2015 and since then I have been trying to no avail to see if someone has any answers with regards to my claim. <br> <br> I am currently paying(including insurance) for a phone that I don't even have. I will never recommend Finrite to anyone I know, they are completely unprofessional and I am going to cancel my insurance with them...Anyone who knows of a good cellphone insurance company please contact me.
