Second SONY Z1 compact with self cracked screen!!

6 months down the line after having my phone replaced by Autopage. I have had the same problem with My Sony Z1 compact, I pick it up and it has no response, only to discover a fine crack across the screen. This is definitely a common problem and the second device that I have owned that this has happened to. I need my phone replaced immediately as I'm not willing to wait 3 months for any response again. The person that previously assisted me from head office (Clinton Niel) has left the company and I would like some1 suitably qualified to contact me urgently. I need this sorted out urgently as I have a lot of family business to attend due to a passing.<br>
