Second HP and yet my contract is still NOT cancell

I was responded to via email from someone in the AP hello Peter team, I provided feedback on what they had advised me and Pooof, like magic - no response. I check my emails this morning and guess what a statement appears for me to make payment for this month - What a F### Joke, is this contract still not cancelled!!!
