Samsung A3

I purchased a A3 for my son last yr-a week after receiving the phone the screen went funny so I booked it in an parow mall for repairs. The phone came back and still the same problem persisted.I then thought stuff autopage I'm going to the Samsung store to have it repaired - I was shocked to learn that the screen autopage fitted on the A3 when \repaird\" was faulty...water damaged. The phone itself was fine.Now you tell me how is this going to be resolved if you can't even trust your service provider???It's crazy! "
