S5 mini phones are blocked for LTE via autopage

I have bought a S5 Mini from autopage clearwater on the 22/1/2015. i realised i was not getting LTE. i was then told my sim needs to be upgraded within 7 days. When i did still no LTE. I was then told it must be an MTN network issue and i logged an incident with MTN to fix this. When MTN confirmed the signal was LTE i reaslise it was my handset.<br> i then phoned the branch manager (Bernadette) and she argued with me that it was not the handset because the S5 Mini is LTE then she queried it with Samsung. They confirmed that samsung block the LTE functionality oon the S5 mini sold by autopage. Now they do not want to swap the phone or cancel the contract because it is now more than 7 dayes. Before yesterday Bernadette and the staff beleived the S5 mini were LTE and they are selling it like that. i am not going to sit with this phone for 2 years and it does not have LTE.
