Running debits without permission

I have cancelled this contract on the 7th of April 2015.In June2015 an amount of R2798.60 was debited with no communication whatsoever.I was told that the money will be refunded within 6 weeks.Suddenly today Week 7 an amount of R 23.22 was debited.Needless to say, I am furious at the total lack of service.<br> I did follow ups in your store.This is a huge inconvenience.The staff at Westwood Mall are great.It is the billing department who need to come to the party.I want my money back.Definitely not TCF (treating customers fairly) aligned .Neither in accordance with FAIS Act.Does it take 4 months to conclude business? ***
