Running Debit orders from old and new bank account

Since being forced to move to Autopage since Nashua closed, you have been trying to run debit orders off my old account at FNB and my New STD bank account. <br> <br> The FNB Payments RD, but std bank payments go through. When calling your call center, Stearns let me know he has no idea and cannot find my banking details for SDT bank on your system!! He also asked me if i am sure that it is autopage that i should be talking to.... really ??<br> <br> Yet my account is up to date. And now i must send a bank statement to show these payments!! You are really taking the cherry.... No wonder you are closing down. I have 8 months left on my contract, so please let me know how much a cancellation would be so that i can try to settle this account and get rid of you. <br> <br> Secondly , i see i am being billed for BIS which i cancelled when i was with Nashua already, so i expect a refund on those charges.<br> <br> Please contact me so that we can resolve this.
