Rude Employee

Just got a call from some female named Gloria. She claimed to be working for you and was offering me a smart phone package. When i asked where did she get my number from she rep**** and said a data-base. That I understood. When I asked to be removed from that data-base she said she couldn't, which I also understood.<br> I then proceeded to tell her I am not interested in any packages and she hung up.<br> <br> My question is.. is it your company policy to just abruptly end calls to people who refuse to take your offers? What is the procedure and how do you even employ people who do not have general speaking skills? This was disgusting service and possibly ruined your chances of ever getting me as a client in future.
