rude consultant
I went to the Nicolway store to get a sim swap and I was attended to by the rudest consultant that I have ever met. Modiegi was rude and unhelpful. I ended up calling the call centre for assistance and she continued to be rude in the background. Her attitude is unacceptable and she should not be allowed to serve any clients.
