rude call centre agent by the name of Fani

called this guy earlier in the week and today, on both occasions he has been rude. doesn't listen properly to what the customer is saying and ends up doing wrong things. i called about a problem that i had after porting and noted it down as a swim swap problem. i call this morning when i say hi this is xoliswa, his response is what is the problem now , you have been calling me for weeks. like i am stalking him or something or i am just a nuisance in his life. even now he didn't listen, until i hung up and called again and spoke to Tebogo who was helpful to me. i am very hurt by this. auto page please train your agents better..
