Rude call center agents

for the third now that I'm busy with the so called agents and they decide that they not going to continue talking to me and cut me off and send me to another department without my query being attended to and when you try to get their supervisors so you get their names and the recording of that phone call you will wait until you drop the call.<br> call center personnel stop being rude and useless and help us with our queries, after all that's what you get paid to do.
