Rude

I emailed a cancellation request to Autopage... an email address that was given to me in August 2015. I was met by a rude consultant, sounded Indian, who jumped into being defensive when I said an email was sent to 'you' - not specifically herself, but to the company. She put down the phone on me. How unprofessional? I am so disgusted. Just cancel this contract please.
