I upgraded a week ago after the one branch didnt even order my phone as promised. I received my phone last Friday but could only use the watch and phone on Tuesday am due to it not being activated. I have used it for three days and what absolute *******. My phone is the Sony M4 aqua. I can't hear people on it, it cuts calls, my battery doesn't even last a day even though I have the simplest apps running and it freezes. The watch is no better. **** batterylife
