Roaming deposit still not refunded

This is the second time I complain about this issue on HelloPeter. After the first time (11 Feb) they promised someone will get back to me - no one did.<br> <br> I have closed my account and requested that my roaming deposit be refunded to me. <br> <br> Initially everything went smoothly and on 23 January I received an SMS stating that my refund will be in my bank account within 3 days.<br> <br> I have not received the refund.<br> <br> When I phoned on 5 February I was told that the money was credited to my Autopage account but that no refund has been requested. I asked that the request be made but have not had any further feedback and the money is not in my account.<br> <br> What do I have to do to get my money?
