Roaming deposit not refunded in more than 2 years

My husband paid R2500 roaming deposit more than two years ago, I have been fighting for the last 6 months to get this back. Sent the proof of payment more than 3 times and still no joy. have posted on FB, sent emails and all I get is that they will get back to me. Enough is enough, we want our money back. Nobody has the decency to pick up the phone and call me, when I request to speak to management, its blatantly refused!! the service is absolutely shocking. we have 5 accounts. I will most certainly think twice before renewing any of our contracts. When someone contacts me I will explain that this number was originally in my husbands personal name, W OLLEWAGEN it is now in his business name, WO TRACKWORKS the number that the deposit was paid on is ***.
