Dear Autopage , thanks for once again proving how useless you guys are !! <br> 4 years ago I purchased a BB with one of your 'wonderful' contracts, 2 years ago I upgraded to a Samsung S4 but I've discovered that I've been billed for BIS for the last 2 years ?? Great service and money making racket you got. (and how the BIS was not turned off is anyones guess)<br> <br> I visited the autopage store in Greenstone and was told I just needed to phone the call centre and they will be able to arrange a credit notice for the last 2 years of a service which I cant even ****** use.<br> After speaking to a Siphiwe at the call centre this afternoon , I was told No, we can't give you anything. tough luck.<br> <br> So what happens now ?? Other than you guys running off with an extra R1440 and me left whistling dixie.
