******* after 24 months up

I took out a 24 month straight up 200 Cell C contract with Nashua Mobile at the beginning of 2013 with an iPhone so of course the contract was sold at a premium to cover the cost of the phone. But now that 24 months is up and I qualify for an upgrade I would expect that the increased monthly fee would be reduced back down to the standard tariff for this contract. Which, according to Altech's own website is R220 per month. So why am I still being charged R498.99 per month for this contract??<br> <br> I went into Altech Autopgage at Nicolway to query this, among other issues, and I was told that R489.99 is the standard rate for this contract. This is an outright lie and I have found proof of this on the Altech's website.
