Ridiculous data usage (again)

The newest Bill comes down to R13 000-00?! FOR DATA?! According to Altech Autopage we used 253 GIG data in less than a month?!We had this modem since December 2013 and NEVER have we gone over the Data cap Think about it geniuses!!!<br> I think it's time for me to make people aware of their unfair practices and pathetic service levels.
