Ridiculous Amount Charged At The End Of Contract

Good evening,<br> <br> I received my last bill for September 2014? To my surprise, this bill was for the amount of R 1,035.76 (normally this bill was R 288.50 per month?). This was also strange as I previously requested that my account be closed on 19 July 2014, effective on 21 July 2014.<br> After this incident of representatives phoning me for the outstanding debt, I requested a Vodacom URL Request Disclaimer form (Vodacom) through Altech Autopage Cellular (Pty) Ltd, which I completed and sent back to them and still have not heard anything with regards to this form (which is critical to me paying this outstanding amount and would allow me to understand whether I am liable for these charges).<br> I am still waiting for this to be resolved and have been phoned, messaged and emailed by Jacobs Burnard &amp
