Retrival of Voice recordings not available

Took my contract on 02nd June 2015 with Altech Autopage where they were going to debit me R359 per month for a samsung tablet 10 inch phone which had an offer of 2GB. A few days later the phone was delivered that is when my nightmares started. First debit was on the 20th July an amount of R621.35 which I did not query thinking it must be charges for connection and so forth considering that this was a new contract. The second debit was R1019.55 on the 20th August then this concerned me and I went into an Altech store in Woodbridge to query this that is when I was informed that I was on a contract known as Anytime Data which means there were no restrictions on this line. Ever since the 21st August I have been in contact with Altech Autopage on *** to get them to provide the voice recordings of the contract that I agreed to and the conversation that took place between me and their agent
