RESPONSE TO HELLO PETER COMPLAINT LOGGED
I logged a complaint on the 1st of July 2015 regarding Autopage. I only received an automated response saying that they are attending to my complaint. On the 24th of August I received a letter of demand for the laptop which I do not have. The day when I spoke to the consultant she advised that she will stop the debit order until the matter is resolved. Now I'm being threatened with legal action. They usually advise that calls are recorded. I suggest they play back the call of that day and they will hear that the consultant advised me that she has stopped the debit order.
