Response and credit

I had an outstanding query when Autopage contracts were sold to Vodacom and Cell C. It was understandable that their call centre was VERY busy. I sent a fax with the details and received an sms within a week advising the amount to be credited to my account.<br> It is great to know that Altech/Autopage did not simply walk away from their responsibilities. By the way, my contract was with them for 23 years and never any problems.
