Resolve this

I took a cell phone contract with Autopage, I was billed incorrectly and later handed over to Nudebt and I made arrangements to pay for my account and finished paying in october 2015 and this morning I got an SMS from VVM collecters telling that I was handed over by autopage that I need to pay. What am I paying for because I finished paying for that account?
