Requested upgrade with NO response
On 16/11/2015 I emailed Nomsa to do an upgrade for me - I emailed her the package I needed . After that I have emailed several times with absolutely no response at all! Not the first time I have struggled with this person in particular to JUST GIVE FEEDBACK or refer me to someone who can help me.... Considering to wait until the contract expire completely and move directly to Vodacom and get better service!!! Every time we need to upgrade one of our contracts at Autopage there is a problem with response, feedback and service!!!!!
