Request for upgrade list ignored

I would like to get some assistance from Autopage please. I requested a lady by the name of Amanda to forward me a list of upgrades which i will be due for from 01st October 2015. After holding on for a long time i spoke to her and she promised to send me the list via e-mail. After not receiving the list i called again after a while, i was transfered to her and after holding again for a long time i just got cut off. I know that my account is overdue however i have made arrangements to make payment this coming Friday. The reason for my request for the list was so that i could have time to go through and compare the different phones available. All i'm asking is just for some assistance please.
