Request for Data Invoices

I have a Altech ****le that I use for internet connection, in about 4 years i have had this ****le I have never paid more than my subscription of R100.00 suddenly this month I've been billed over R1000.00 which altech say is for data!! I called on Saturday asking for a billing , they told me they don't send billings, so I then sent an emaill via the customer portal site on altech - no repsonse to date!! I then called on Monday they told me they send me a bill only if I send a copy of my ID book, I then sent another email to altech autopage via their customer portal and I am still waiting for a reply!! Really this is ridiculous!! Nevermind at the time I took my contract out I asked to be capped at my 2GB so I wouldnt be charged for extra data as I know the cellphone companies rip you off on data, but now when I get deducted a huge some I can't get anyone to come back to me so i can see if it is actually my usage and I'm not being charged for someone else!! Please can someone send me my itemised billing!!!
