Replies to complaint with lies

I recently reported a issues with regards to my data and sms bundle not been loaded,i called yaliwe from sales in head office to help with this she never sort this out then i complained on hello peter i got a call only 2 weeks later from marcus odonis he says they loaded 500mb and 100 sms on my fone when i checked there was nothing i called him back the same day and he said he was going to check and insisted i used up the data so i requested a print out after that he never got back to me...i have been having this issues with autopage every fken year and i think i have enough now...these ***s know nothing about customer service...i want fken answers today!!!! as for Marcus he must wake the fk up!!
