Replacing phone

Good day,<br> <br> My phone was ****** so I went to the shop to report the phone and start the claiming process. 5 Days later there was still no IM number so I made the staff phone and follow up on why there is no number. After receiving the number i was told that I will receive my replacement phone shortly. I received an sms that says thank you for using Autopage and so forth. This is now almost 3 weeks later and I still dont have a phone!!!!<br> <br> I went to the store to find out if they received any stock, they did but no insurance phones. I am very annoyed that I still have no phone. It is suppose to be an easy pleasant process instead it is a process where if the customer does not nag nothing happens.
