REPLACEMENT OF PHONE

i bought the phone (Sony z3 compact), January this year, after a month the phone broke ( software issue- the phone would not charge) and it got sent in for repairs, came back and the phone was working for about 2-3 months, then it broke again (same problem) , after that my phone went in for the same repairs as before only difference is the phone lasts 3-4 days then it breaks again its gone in now for the fourth time (for the same fault), when i phone customer services they take the call only to hang up in my ear contentiously, i am extremely disappointed in the pathetic service i have received from auto-page. and will definitely be cancelling my contract. <br> <br> MY HUGE QUESTION IN THIS MATTER IS WHY HAS THIS PHONE NOT YET BEEN REPLACED!!!! I WANT A NEW PHONE!!!
