Repairs to Apple Ipone 5C

I have had a contact with Autopage for less than a year the phone has been in for repairs from 8/10/14 to21/10/14, from 7/11/14 to 2/12/14, from 26/1/15 to 5/2/15, from 20/2 15 to 2/3/15 and finally it was sent in again on 8/6/15 and we got it back on the 20/7/15 this time apparently I was told that someone else had attempted to repair the phone. So why would I have sent it in so many times and then decide to do a diy repair myself if it is still under warrantee. Secondly the phone was sent back to me without a charging unit in the phone, and by charging unit I do not mean charger, I mean the unit the charger plugs into is not in the phone. The store in Hillcrest was so embarrassed they refused to give me the phone and have e-mailed the repairs department demanding an explanation as to were the rest of the phone is. Now if I was reading this i would think that this guy must be abusing this device, this is not the case. Each time the phone has been sent in for repairs it has gone in with a screen protector and come back without one, that is five screen protectors and i am using an apple I pad 2 that is 4 years old. and never had a problem.Autopage repair centre is a disaster!!!!
