repairs not complete

After having my phone sent for repairs in January for 6 weeks for the internet freezing and bad network connection, I an still having continuous problems whereby the internet is cutting off while browsing and freezing and no research can be done, I upgraded my phone last year in October some time. When I sent in my phone in January my phone was replaced by a refurbished phone. I am quite upset about this and wonder if I will ever be satisfied with service from Autopage.
