Repairs

I send my phone in to be repaired and got all the messages saying it went in for repair and all that !!<br> <br> Got a call from LEBO and he said i should come in and sign some papers for a NEW phone to be delivered to me as they can't fix the phone !! I went in to sign and waited !!<br> <br> I have been waiting now for 3 weeks STILL NO PHONE, phoned to see where my phone is and i got told that they have no records of my phone being booked in or anything !!<br> <br> My question now is WHERE is my phone ?
