Renewed Contract - Nokia Lumia 520 Discontinued

Can Lerato in the RETENTION DEPARTMENT please call me.<br> I went to Altec Autopage in Sandton City yesterday and Denesh told me the phone is discontinued and this model did not come out last year. Also they will charge me R200 to transfer my contacts. When I renewed the contract with you this week I asked when this model came out and you told me last year. I also asked if I will be charged by Altec Autopage to transfer my Contacts you said no. WELL NONE OF THIS IS THE CASE.
