Renewal of Contract without my concern

I cancelled contract with Autopage in 2010, two years ago i was receiving calls indicating my contract is due for renewal but i told the agent i have cancelled the contract. I was surprised when they deducted money from my account. I have asking for the new contract in vain and my visits to the branch in Menlyn did not bear fruits. They have taken me to debts collectors who are sending me demand letters. I have requested the contract but none is responding. Please help.
