Regular call barring

Below is part of the enquiry submitted to Altech Autopage (not enough space). I managed to use my resources to obtain the e-mail address of the credit control manager. I was advised that Altech Autopage does not divulge manager's e-mail addresses to their customers due to fear that the customers will harass them. Why would they be concerned about harassment from customers? It seems to be quite fine for Altech to treat their customers like dirt while the customer's issues fall on deaf ears. <br> <br> I have 2 contracts with Altech Autopage and both lines have been completely suspended. <br> I did not receive an sms, phone call or e-mail once from Altech Autopage to advise me that the service which I'm paying for is going to be terminated because the accounts department is unable to allocate payment.<br> This is not the first time, not the second or third time that Altech Autopage does this to me.<br> It happens every month sometimes it happens a few times within a month. <br> Sometimes both my lines are barred and other times it is just one. <br> The cherry on the cake is when my line is suspended without any notification and then about a week later it just comes back on like some kind of miracle.<br>
