Refusal to revert my number back to prepaid

In May 2015 i gave a 30 day notice to end my 24 month contract (which would end in June), and I requested that my number be reverted back to prepaid, however it is now the middle of July and still my number appears to be on contract, it still shows minutes, sms, data and current usage. I even tried loading airtime and it did not allow it. I made various calls to autopage and sent a few emails, every response i got was they either do not know, cannot help or that the contract has ended and is already on prepaid which is not true.
