Refusal to cancel contract

I have raised in total 7 request to get my contract cancelled. Yet the line is still in contract and I am being billed 2 months after the request was made. I was told on my latest query (916519) that it was escalated yet no progress. I have requested feedback numerous times and heard absolutely nothing. Pathetic service !!!
